the fact i have to sell it. selling because i have moved and the insurance is to high for me in the new area. this car has been very well looked after, i know at least the last 3 owners have been members of the clio sport owner club. one of which must of been very much into detailing as it was literally like new when i got it, every nook and cranny inside was just immaculate. there is barely a mark on the whole car inside or out, only a few small stone chips on the front which are not really noticeable and one small hairline scratch by the petrol cap. This car is a 2004 registered 1.2 clio dynamique which has had many extras fitted to it starting from the alloys lexus rear lights legal windows tinted rear exhaust etc etc. Hence this is not your average clio it looks beautiful in blue and with black tinted windows. The car does start and drive but I recommend a trailer or recovery due to no tax and mot. The damage consists as seen n/side wing door and slight damage to cill. There is no suspension damage I have driven it around my cul de sac seems fine all gears brakes etc spot on. The car has electric windows remote central locking power assisted steering and a sunroof which is rare also cd player fitted. Tyres all seem fine alloys do have some kerbing. This car is a 2004 registered 1.2 clio dynamique which has had many extras fitted to it starting from the alloys lexus rear lights legal windows tinted rear exhaust etc etc. Hence this is not your average clio it looks beautiful in blue and with black tinted windows. The car does start and drive but I recommend a trailer or recovery due to no tax and mot. The damage consists as seen n/side wing door and slight damage to cill. There is no suspension damage I have driven it around my cul de sac seems fine all gears brakes etc spot on. The car has electric windows remote central locking power assisted steering and a sunroof which is rare also cd player fitted. Tyres all seem fine alloys do have some kerbing. This car looks like the 2.0 sport model with cheap insurance and low running costs. The bumpers and mirrors are colour coded. Nautical Blue, Dynamique spec (meaning the nicer seats, automatic lights, automatic wipers, CD player with steering wheel controls. All fully working. | It has been owned by the same family from new (first the mother, then her daughter), and very well looked after. Carefully cleaned inside and out, at least once a fortnight (including the engine bay). The bodywork is good for the age. There is a dent on the rear wheel arch which didn`t break the paint so is no rust, purely a cosmetic sore. There is also a scrape on the front bumper. Both of these are from very minor incidents. The interior has NEVER been smoked in and is almost faultless bar the inevitable melting leather on the steering wheel. | As for the work that needs to be done on a car of this age: cambelt and timing belt done (recently - mid last year), front discs and pads done early last year, catalytic converter was replaced at great expense, also the inevitable leaking sunroof was allowed to leak only once before being professionally repaired and will not leak again for the life of the car. Just as an indication of the care taken of this car; the exterior door handle came loose which turned out to be a broken spring but it still worked - this was fixed within the week. The clutch bites high up and will probably need doing in the near future but is currently working fine. The alloy wheels have the usual curbing, with good tyres all round, 2 are budget brands and 2 are matching Bridgestone Potenzas (about £90 each new) with about 4-5mm of tread. become known as the Full Fat 182 (FF) and has both the Spoiler and Suspension Pack. These packs add a rear spoiler and front splitter as well as a few other little extras, and gives the car a lower, wider stance than a normal 182. The car is completely standard apart from a Scorpion Exhaust back box and cone filter. These modifications don`t make the car loud at all, they just give it a little extra grunt higher in the rev range. We do usually return cars to standard before selling them but these were so subtle (and we quite liked them) that we decided not to remove them. It has all the extras that are normally found on these cars (listed below) which are all in working order. It has an MOT until the 9th Oct 2012, Tax until the end of May 2012 and all tyres are fairly new with loads of tread left on them. and the most economical. I`ve regularly been seeing 60mpg+ from it and it will increase to around 70 if you stay steady on a trip. Combine this with £30 a YEAR for road tax and low insurance group and you have a cheap car to run!It has a full stamped service history and lots of other bits of paperwork for work carried out over the years. Just been for its MOT and passed with only minor things such as bulbs and a tie rod end needing changing. The last service was carried out on 122k miles.Overall the car is in good condition with just the general age related marks. It has 2 light dents in the passenger door about the size of 2 50p`s but these aren`t all that noticeable. The passenger window also doesn`t go up or down but this hasn`t bothered me as its mainly only been used through the winter as i have another car i use through the warmer months. The heater gets boiling which is always a bonus!A JVC CD/MP3 player has been fitted in place of the standard radio. The mileage will rise slightly as im still using it for commuting.
