Hello all, Renault modus 1.6 16v VVT K4M auto is due its 5 year service in september and I am going for the motrio version of the service. The car would of done about 24k then and had a new cambelt, waterpump and new coolant last year when the dephaser pulley was changed. Does anyone on here know what things are changed / checked on a 5 year service and how much would it roughly cost. Thanks. Harry. VVT allows the lift or duration or timing (some or all) of the intake or exhaust valves (or both) to be changed while the engine is in operation. Hello all, I posted on here about 2 weeks ago to ask what is replaced and checked on a 2005 55 reg renault modus 1.6 16v vvt auto aircon 5 year service. Could someone please give me a service plan that renault use. The car had a new cambelt last year when the dephaser pulley was replaced. Also the car has all round discs and was wondering at what thickness should the discs be replaced. My dad has given me a micrometer so I can measure brake disc thickness.
