Renault Megane Scenic RX4 For Sale

10000 miles ago. Drives very well and has never let us down. It has a detachable towbar which is wired for twin electrics but has seen very little use (small trailer). MOT until 12th Sep 2012 Taxed until end of April 2013. Great fuel economy for a 4x4 returning 34 mpg round town and 42 ish on a run. I have added original Renault roof bars which can be removed if you wish, although we have not seen any drop in mpg with them fitted. The climate control works great set your temp and forget about it on auto. A radio/cd player is currently fitted to the car and will stay, the original Renault cassette/radio will also go with it along with the code. All manuals, current MOT and receipt for the work regarding cambelt kit will be supplied. I do not have a full service history for the car. All tyres are good including spare. The spare wheel cover and fuel cap are complete and not broken, the rear wheel cover does have a few scratches however. 3 x rear seats all with 3 point seatbelts, can be removed or moved around as you wish middle one can be left out to make it a four seater with more legroom in the back.We will be sorry to see her go as we intended to keep her but I now have changed jobs and it is no longer required. She will make a lovely car for someone. Two faults are: - Slight split on side of drivers seat (see photo), & petrol cap present but off needs putting back on. Other than that it is in very good condition for year. good 2.0 petrol engine, that runs very well and is very quiet. It has done 71K miles. | the gearbox and the 4 wheel drive system both work as they should. | The car was stood for a year before I bought it and the brakes are not the best, They could do with being bled. | The passengers door has a good dent in it. There is one for sale on ebay at the moment for £40 that is the same colour. | The 2 rear shocks need replacing as the rubber mounts are perished. | The heater matrix is leaking, so the heater doesn`t work. | The interior could do with a good clean too. | Other than that the car is sound, it wouldn`t cost much to put it back on the road...I just don`t have the time! | Any questions or SENSIBLE offers,please don`t hesitate to contact me. | X
